Submit your Birth Information

We will contact you through email and confirm your order and a “payment Request” will be sent  through PAYPAL.  You may make payment using your credit cards or Debit cards

After receipt of the payment we will inform you the date and time for consultation. You can opt for different time through email if you have to. We will try our best to accommodate

At the appointment time we will connect with you through SKYPE

• Birth Information
• Desk top computer with Webcamera
• You must have SKYPE connection. If you do not have one, you can download from www.skype.com free of cost within minutes
• Credit card or Debit card for payment. Your card details are safe with PAYPAL and not revealed to us ever
• You need to have an Head Phone with Mic/speaker
• Your Birth information such as Date of Birth, Time of Birth and Place of birth. Correct time of birth is essential and if you do not have it, we will not accept the order. You may check up your Birth certificate or parents for the correct time.
• We need to know your specific questions in advance. However sub-questions can be asked later during the session.
• You can also use Internet café instead of personal Desk Top, with WEBCAM if you wish

• Get a better reading - Because we will have the opportunity of reviewing your chart before the show, you will get a more accurate reading.
• Save Time - Because precious on-air minutes are not spent drawing up your chart, you may get a longer reading. Chart preparation may take up to 30 Minutes
• More Detailed Information - A pre-drawn chart is more detailed than "quick charts" drawn on the air. Therefore, the information gained from the chart is more in-depth and specific.
• Get e-mail reminders of Consultation Date and Time. Receive advance notice of video consultation

• All the information provided will be kept confidential by us.
• We will try our best to fix date and time for consultation within 24 hrs
• The time for duration is strictly between 20 to 30 minutes only and no extension is possible. However if you wish you can fix another session later No recording of the session is provided by us
• Be ready with your specific questions before starting of the session
• Note down important points and advices given
• Without correct time of birth we do not accept orders
• Be aware we are in Singapore and our time zone is East of GMT 8 hrs
• Please correspond with us in English only
•  Consultation session will be in English only
• Do not try to contact us via SKYPE for other than Consultation session. Just because we are available in SKYPE does not mean that we can connect with you as we may be in confidential session.

• Once we accept the order, payment must be made within 48 hrs or otherwise the order will be treated as cancelled
• We do not accept any other payment mode other than PAYPAL
• If we have over booking we have to reject new orders
• All disputes are to be settled within Singapore Judicial Territory only
• For any technical default on our side, if the session is cancelled  we will refund the full amount
• Before placing the order, please make sure you have installed the SKYPE and make sure that you have Head Phone
• Generally, we accept orders from any English Speaking person from anywhere.
